I've never used the Logitceh F310, but looking at it screams "Mad Catz controller from the early 2000s" to me.AFAIK, Playstation controllers still require a specific driver to function on PC, while pretty much every Xbox controller made in the last ten years is plug-n-play on all Windows PCs running at least Windows 8.

What it lacks in extra hardware features is more than made up for with the Logitech Profiler software utility.

The not-so-good: Simple, slightly clumsy Logitech Profiler software, small text in Logitech Profiler software, no rumble. I have children and they tend to be rough on the PS controllers, so when I use them on my PC they would have erratic ticks, or lack of responsiveness. And since I was using a software emulator to use the DS3 as a XBox 360 controller anyhow for compatibility, there was less setup than normal to get this working for all my games.It is also capable of switching between XInput mode and DirectInput mode, with the F310 emulate as a Dual Action when set in DirectInput mode.
